The line is mainly composed of vacuum cooker, batch roller, rope sizer, lollipop forming machine, transfer belt, 5 layer cooling tunnel etc. This line is characterized by its compact structure, less occupied area, stable performance, less wastage and high efficient production. The whole line is manufactured as per GMP standard, and in accordance with the requirement of GMP Food Industry. Continuous mirco film cooker and steel cooling belt is optional for full automation process.
